Meet Our Founders
When Rick opened our company's doors, he had no idea the adventure he was about to begin. Focused primarily on new construction, he began to earn a reputation of expertise in airflow. In 2009, Rick’s wife and business partner, Sue Ellen, came to work full time at the company. At that time, they transitioned from a new construction focused company, into a residential servicing company.
Rick and Sue Ellen both desired to build a residential company whose heart was excellence, integrity, and quality. The servicing industry in general has had, at times, a reputation of not taking care of customers, overcharging, and being untrustworthy or unprofessional. Rick and Sue Ellen wanted to break that mold, and create a company that stood out from the rest.
